Our dinner menu at the Hearthstone is a unique blend of comfort and
sophistication. Whether it’s a melt-in-your-mouth piece of slow roasted prime
rib, or an elegant preparation of Colorado lamb; a classic filet au poivre, or
an aromatic dish of ginger crusted sea scallops, our goal is the same: “to
offer”, in the words of our Executive Chef Michael Halpin, “a menu that’s fun
and exciting which reflects the regional cuisine of Colorado.”
